The FIFA World Cup 2026 Final Match Watch Party was a new International Student Council (ISC) tradition introduced during the 2026–2027 academic year. Held in Ballroom D of the Student Center at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, the event brought students and football fans together to experience the excitement of the live FIFA World Cup Final. Refreshments were provided, and attendees were encouraged to wear their favorite team jerseys while connecting with fellow fans from around the world. Through a shared passion for the beautiful game, the event fostered community, cultural exchange, and meaningful connections among students.
