The ISC was formed in 1973 as an umbrella organization, which facilitates all registered international student associations on campus. To create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of community among international students. We believe that every student, regardless of their background or nationality, deserves an equal opportunity to succeed and thrive in their academic pursuits.
Goals
1. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for international students by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
2. Foster a sense of community among international students by organizing events and activities that encourage cultural exchange and understanding.
3. Advocate for the rights and interests of international students by working with university administration and local organizations.
4. Empower international students to become leaders in their communities by providing leadership development opportunities and mentoring programs.
By achieving these goals, we hope to make a positive impact on the lives of international students and to create a more welcoming and inclusive campus community.
