Every international student enrolled at SIU Carbondale is considered a member of the International Student Council based on their enrollment status at the university. Members may participate in regular board meetings but are not allowed to vote. Only executive board members of active international RSOs have the right to vote.
ISC Executive Board:
The ISC executive board is comprised of four elected positions: President, Vice President of Internal Affairs, Vice President of Finance, and Chief of Staff. In addition, each executive board has the right to appoint a secretary for one academic year. The executive board members, as well as the secretary, are to support, and balance the work and responsibilities of the other members. Every officially elected executive board member with the exclusion of the secretary has equal voting rights.
